Description
Celebrate February in a meaningful way with this fun and thoughtful Valentine’s Day One-Pager Research Project! Designed for middle and high school students (grades 6-12), this activity guides learners to research the origins, symbolism, traditions, and modern-day significance of Valentine’s Day — then synthesize their findings into a visually engaging and creative one-page summary.
Perfect for a holiday wrap-up, gallery-walk display, alternative assessment, or enrichment activity. Whether you teach in-person, digitally, or in a hybrid format, this resource is print-and-go or fully editable — offering you flexibility while engaging students deeply.
When students are finished with their one pagers, have them do a gallery walk to view other students work. When my students finish one pagers, I put all of their finished projects on a Prezi and have them do a virtual gallery walk. The students love it! A gallery walk worksheet is included!
