Description
Get students exploring the fundamentals of physics with this engaging Mass, Weight, and Gravity One-Pager Research Project! Designed for middle school science (grades 6–8), this activity has learners research and compare mass, weight, and gravitational force — what each term means, how they differ, the relationships between them and real-world applications.
This project is perfect as a unit wrap-up, gallery walk display, alternative assessment, or enrichment activity. It is designed for flexibility: whether you teach in-person, hybrid, or fully remote, the resource is print-and-go or fully editable, making it easy to fit into your workflow while giving students meaningful, high-impact learning.
When students are finished with their one pagers, have them do a gallery walk to view other students work. When my students finish one pagers, I put all of their finished projects on a Prezi and have them do a virtual gallery walk. The students love it!
