Hispanic Heritage Month One Pager Research Project

Description

Help your students explore and honour Hispanic American and Hispanic Pacific Islander contributions with this engaging One-Pager Research Project! Perfect for upper elementary through middle school (Grades 4-8), this activity guides learners to research an influential Hispanic or Latino figure, cultural achievement, or community contribution — then transform their learning into a creatively designed, display-worthy one-page summary.

Whether your classroom is print-based, digital, or hybrid, this resource works beautifully — as a unit wrap-up, gallery-walk display, alternative assessment, or enrichment activity. Its flexible and editable format ensures you save time on preparation while delivering meaningful engagement.

When students are finished with their one pagers, have them do a gallery walk to view other students work. When my students finish one pagers, I put all of their finished projects on a Prezi and have them do a virtual gallery walk. The students love it! A gallery walk worksheet is included!
