Students explore the science behind solar and lunar eclipses AND investigate the causes of ocean tides, how the Moon and Sun influence Earth’s water, and how these natural phenomena affect our planet — then synthesize their findings into a three-dimensional research cube that makes complex concepts visual, engaging, and memorable.

Students can complete these cubes two ways. You can print the template on card stock and have them complete it by hand, or you can give them the PowerPoint template, have them complete it in PowerPoint, then print the completed cube.
